About IT!works

Our company - IT!works Systemhaus GmbH - has developed to a permanent parameter in the landscape of system companies of Oberfranken. Founded in May 1998, we have coped with the difficult economic situation in the IT sector. At the moment a young team of 13 employees works at IT!works. At present we are using 750 sqm for our offices, software development and training courses.

Our company name IT!works already bespeaks our company philosophy and our demand: our supreme ambition is to offer executable solutions and give support to our customers in any case.

Our island position compared to our competitors
Our most efficient strength compared to our competitors is, that we are able to develop software for modern platforms and our competence of business economics. We offer know-how for ERP Systems (Enterprise Ressource Planning) for every kind of enterprise. Our range ist from GDILine for small companies to SAP ERP for bigger enterprises.

For both systems we offer software development (upgradings, analyses, interfaces etc.) Moreover we develop special software for your demand and your specifications, if there`s no standard solution available.
Another difference to our competitiors is the 'Life-Cycle-Appendage'. We do not only sell products, but we offer service for the product`s whole life-cycle. We accompany 'our solutions' from providing finances and leasing to interesting service concepts and to the point of concepts of removal and migration.
Especially the customised service concepts could be a real alternative, because the typical small business companies have tu update their IT solutions in order to be competitive, but they can`t afford their own IT department.

Our idea: costumers can use our pool of employees altogether
Large companies are able to recruit their own IT departments with a lot of special know-how. The idea of IT!works contains to balance this competitive disadvantage for smaller companies by using our professional pool of employees altogether.

Our principle: networking
We live the 'mind of networking' and are persuaded of working together in order to achieve improvement. We cooperate with different IT companies to provide optimal different kinds of strength. Our activities even range over the cooperation with several industries.

Responsibility for our region
We feel responsible for the creation of Hochfranken`s future. Therefore we work with a series of regional initiatives. For example, we are a member of the regional network of competence winFORS http://www.winfors.de/.
Moreover the cooperation with the university of applied sciences, the commercial colleges of the region and different kinds of organisations become more important.
